Feelgoodmama
Yoga in pregnancy.
Become more aware of the changes in your body and build trust in the process.
Gentle exercises strengthen the back, legs and pelvis and release tension, especially in the lower back, shoulders and neck.
What takes the load off
- Strengthening the back
- More stability in the pelvis
- Gentle mobilisation of shoulders, neck and hips
- A more conscious relationship with your breath
- A calmer nervous system
For the birth
Breathing exercises, gentle mobilisation and conscious relaxation help you stay more present with the intensity of birth and find positions that bring relief.
Our teachers are all mothers themselves, with thorough training and their own experience.
Can I do yoga while pregnant?
Yes, from the start of your pregnancy. The exercises are adapted to you and can support you right up to the birth. If there's no medical reason against it, regular classes are possible too. Let your teacher know beforehand.
