We have been training yoga teachers for years, certified by Yoga Alliance. Our teaching team brings more than 60 years of teaching experience.

In the infrared-heated room on Neubaugürtel. Come 20 minutes early, with two large towels and water. Same price as any other class.

Does hot yoga cost more than a regular class?
No. Hot yoga costs the same as every other class. Every pass is also valid in the hot yoga studio in 1150.
Is my pass valid in all studios?
Yes. Memberships, time passes, class passes and gift vouchers are valid in all four studios and online.
Do I need to book in advance?
Places are limited, especially in the evening, so it's best to book your spot online in advance.
What do I need for my first class?
Come 10 to 15 minutes before the start, in comfortable clothes. Ideally eat nothing for two to three hours beforehand, and please put your phone on silent. For all regular classes you can borrow a mat for free, except for classes at 1150.
What do I need for my first hot yoga class?
Come about 20 minutes early, with yoga clothes, a mat, two large towels and a water bottle. You can borrow a mat and towel: 3 € each, 5 € for both. Please don't eat anything in the two hours before.
How does the waiting list work?
If a class is full, you join the waiting list. If a place opens up, you get a message and can book it.
