The foundation training for all yoga teachers: you learn to teach a class for all levels and get the basics of yoga philosophy and anatomy. Fully booked every year since 2022.

Intensive training in prenatal and postnatal yoga
For yoga teachers who have completed their foundation training and anyone who works professionally with pregnant women. In German, in English if needed. Observing prenatal and postnatal classes by arrangement.
