Our yoga classes are understood as events for physical & mental exercise. The assigned place may only be left during the event on the instructions of staff. The general terms and conditions below and any further rules posted at the venue apply.

Training/participation terms

Customers of Feelgoodstudio and Yoga College, Burggasse 31 / 7, 1070 Vienna, Paulanergasse 13, 1040 Vienna, Neubaugürtel 47 5.OG/Top, 1150 Vienna, acknowledge the following training and participation terms for the events offered as legally binding:

Any injuries and operations in recent years (with approximate dates), or acute health problems or concerns (especially relating to the spine), must be discussed with the trainer or studio management before taking part in the class.

Participation in all classes at Feelgoodstudio is at your own risk; Feelgoodstudio therefore accepts no liability of any kind for any injuries and/or adverse health consequences.

The participant undertakes to inform the class leader or the studio immediately of any health impairment that occurs during a class, so that the class can be adapted in good time and appropriately. If this obligation is not met, any liability on the part of Feelgoodstudio or the class leader is likewise excluded.

The participant undertakes to follow the instructions given by the class leader, in particular regarding when, where and how exercises, movement sequences etc. should or should not be performed.

The agreed participation fee is payable at the start of each class. If a class is ended early, for whatever reason, fees paid will not be refunded, or any refund is at the discretion of studio management.

Booked sessions (in particular treatments, personal training and consultations) must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the session begins. If this deadline is not met, a cancellation fee is payable. The amount of the cancellation fee is at the discretion of studio management. If you do not attend a booked session, and for cancellations made less than one hour before the session begins, the full participation fee is payable.
