Well prepared for autumn
Summer is coming to an end, and September brings back the regular school and work routine. To make this transition as relaxed as possible for you, we have put together some useful tips:
Structure and organisation
A well-structured daily routine can make the transition back to work and school easier. Fixed times for work, homework, breaks and free time create security and help you plan the day efficiently. Ergonomic adjustments at your workspace, such as a suitable desk chair, support concentration and wellbeing while studying and working.
Body and mind in harmony
In TCM, the balance of the body's energy plays a central role. Warming foods such as ginger or cinnamon can help strengthen the body in the morning and improve concentration. Regular massage of acupressure points such as "Shen Men" on the ear or "Yong Quan" on the foot helps calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
Health comes first
Stable health is the basis for a successful start back at work and school. Make sure you get enough sleep so you can start the day rested. Daily movement in the fresh air and a balanced diet strengthen the immune system and support mental and physical fitness.
Relaxation and focus through yoga
Yoga is a wonderful way to bring body and mind into harmony. Simple exercises such as the "Sun Salutation" or "Tree Pose" not only strengthen the muscles but also support concentration and wellbeing. These exercises are easy to fit into everyday life, even in between, and can help you start or end the day in a relaxed way.
Power for the day
A healthy, balanced diet is especially important right now. A nourishing breakfast with protein and complex carbohydrates, such as porridge with fresh or preserved fruit, provides energy and concentration throughout the morning. Avoid sugary snacks and a lot of coffee; choose alternatives such as fruit, nuts and wholegrain products instead.
With these tips you can approach the transition into September and the start of autumn feeling relaxed and strong. We wish you and your children a successful, stress-free return to everyday life!
